How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing support@operatorbase.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription > Cancel. For App Store purchases, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. For Google Play, manage it through the Play Store subscriptions menu.
How do I turn off push notifications?
On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Operator Base and toggle off. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Operator Base > Notifications.
