Your business runs on Operator Base. Here's exactly what protects your data and your operations — today, and in the unlikely event anything ever happens to us.
Your data is yours — export it anytime
Everything you build and generate on the platform belongs to you: agent configurations and prompts, knowledge base content, contact records and memory, conversation history, and follow-up sequences. You can export it at any time in a standard, machine-readable format (JSON and CSV) — no need to ask permission, and no lock-in.
Your conversations live where you work
When you connect Operator Base to your own CRM (such as GoHighLevel), the messages your agents send and receive also flow into your CRM account. That means a copy of your conversation history lives in a system you control, independent of Operator Base.
If we ever wind down the service
We don't plan on going anywhere — but you deserve a clear answer anyway. If we ever permanently discontinue Operator Base or a hosted part of it, we commit to:
- 90 days' notice. At least ninety days of advance written notice to active paying customers, by email.
- Export stays open. Your data-export tools remain available for the entire notice window, so you can take everything with you.
- Migration help. Reasonable assistance moving your agents and data to an alternative provider.
This commitment is written into our Terms of Service ("Service Continuity & Data Portability").
Enterprise: source code escrow
For organizations that need the strongest possible guarantee, we offer third-party source code escrow as part of an enterprise agreement. An independent escrow agent holds the platform's source code and deployment materials and releases them to you under defined conditions — such as our insolvency or a permanent shutdown — so your agents can keep running no matter what.
